Abstract
This Law establishes the Urban Planning and Development Board for the Bauchi State. The Law concerns: composition of the Board; functions and powers, including: planning and carrying into effect any scheme under the Town and Country Planning Law; foster the development of urban areas; promoting commercial, industrial or agricultural projects; administrative organisation of the Board; power to make regulations; funds and resources of the Board; accounts and reports.
