Border Communities Development Agency (Establishment, etc.,) Amendment Act, 2006

This Act amends the Border Communities Development Agency (Establishment, Etc.,) Act 2003 to provide for; a more acceptable source of funding for the Agency and reduce financial burden on the Federal Government, State Government border Local Governments in the funding of the agency, the tenure of members of the Board; and the removal from office of members of the Board and the Executive Secretary of the Agency should the need to do so arises at any time before the expiration of their tenure.
