Drugs and Related Products (Registration, Etc.) (Amendment) Decree 1999 (Decree No. 20 of 1999).

This Decree amends the Drugs and Related Products (Registration, etc.) Decree 1993 by substituting for the words "Drugs and Related Products" in the title and wherever they occur in the Decree, the words "Food, Drugs and Related Products". This Decree provides for the forfeiture of any asset of property of any person who commits an offence. It defines the jurisdiction of a Tribunal established under the Special Tribunal (Miscellaneous Offences) Decree 1984 and provides for regulation making powers of the Governing Council. It also inserts a definition of food.
