Enugu State Agricultural Development Project Law.

This Law establishes the Enugu State Agricultural Development Project as a body charged with increased agricultural production of the State and improving the standard of living for rural communities. The Law provides for the funding of the project to come from loans by the government and international agencies like World Bank and IFAD. The Law further empowers the project to acquire lands for the discharge of its project as land needed for public purposes of the State.
