Environmental Sanitation (Miscellaneous Provisions) Edict, Chapter 52 of 1983.

This Edict, divided into nine parts, concerns the establishment of a task force for ensuring environmental protection and relating matters in the Adamawa State. The Edict focuses on the following matters: powers, functions and objects of the task force Committee; establishment and composition of zonal task forces in local government areas; establishment and functions of health advisory committees in local government areas; financial provisions and funds of the Committees; public conveniences and respect of sanitary measures; offences.
