Executive Order no. 2 of 2023 establishing the framework for responsible and inclusive land-intensive agricultural investment (FRILIA) in Plateau State.

This Executive Order aims at ensuring the achievement of the government's goal to increase private investments and enhance job creation and revenue generation in the agricultural sector. The Order concerns: adoption of FRILIA principles, including: food security and nutrition and recognition and respect for human rights; promoting land tenure and forest rights, equitable access to land, in order to eradicate hunger and poverty, and increase sustainable development and the protection of the environment. Further matters covered by this Executive Order include: establishment, powers and functions of the FRILIA committees; establishment of a grievance redress mechanism.
