Grazing Reserves Law, Chapter 58 A of 1965.

This Law concerns the control and preservation of grazing reserves and therefore provides for the following matters: lands to be constituted as government grazing reserve; notification to create reserves and appointment of reserve settlement officers; duties of reserve settlement officers; judicial powers of reserve settlement officers and relating inquiries; land rights and right of use and their extinguishment; local government grazing reserves; payment of appropriate monetary com pensation to any person whose right has been extinguished for creating a grazing reserve; control of alienation of rights.
