Grazing Reserves Law, no. 4 of 1965.

This Law concerns constitution, preservation and control of grazing reserves. Matters covered by this Law include: public land which may be constituted as grazing reserve; notification of intention to create reserves and appointment of reserve settlement officers; duties of reserve settlement officers; inquiries; judicial powers of reserve settlement officers; land rights extinguished or modified by the State Commissioner; excluding certain areas from the reserve; extinguishment of rights by non-use; power to de-reserve; constitution of local government grazing reserves.
