Land Instruments Registration Regulations, no. 29 of 1924.

These Regulations, made under provisions of Land Instruments (Preparation and Registration) Law, exempt the following instruments from registration, in order to be used in land planning: lease of land, houses or buildings for a term not exceeding three years; mining rights, water rights or their assignments; any instruments affecting land which the governor decides to exempt; leases of plots of land; fees for registration.
