Abstract
This is a subsidiary legislation of the Liquor Law of Enugu State. These Regulations are made by the Commissioner for Agriculture of the State to provide for the procedure of applying for or the renewal of liquor licences, penalties for misrepresenting facts in the particulars of the application, composition of the liquor licensing boards, forms of licences and fees, etc.
