Abstract
This Act amends the Nigerian Institute of Animal Science Act, to properly define the Institute's regulatory role, enforce the provisions of the Act and provide penalties for breach thereof. It also concerns the composition of the Council of the Institute and contains various minor amendments to the principal Act.
