Oil Palm Development Agency Law, A.S.N. no. 9 of 1989, Chapter 99.

This Law provides for establishing the Oil Palm Development Agency, specifies its functions, including: educating the population on the necessity to plant or grow the improved variety of palm seedlings; assisting smallholders to regenerate disused or abandoned palm plantation; supporting studies and research concerning the improvement and advancement in the production, processing and utilisation of the palm and its products. Further matters covered by this Law include: funds of the Agency; exemption from liability; devolution of property.
