Abstract
This Act amends the Produce (Enforcement of Export Standards) Act in sections 7 (power to make regulations), 8 (emergency orders for pest control in Lagos, 10 (wrongful grading an offence), 16 (offences generally) and 17 (offence in relation to samples) by reviewing prescribed penalties.
