Abstract
This Law establishes the sewage disposal system and provides measures for abolishing the pail latrine system. The Law concerns: requirements for sewage disposal system in buildings of new construction; registration of owners of buildings; inspection of buildings; powers of the authorised officers to enter land and premises to make inspection; offences and penalties.
