Abstract
This Law provides for environmental sanitation measures in the State. The Law concerns the following matters: authorised officer; industrial waste; refuse; waste; land tenement; owner; monthly environmental sanitation services; duties of owner and tenant concerning waste management; fees for permit; management of poisonous waste; penalties; application for registration; powers of sanitary officers.
