Abstract
This Law establishes the Special Environmental Sanitation Court in the State and provides for matters connected with the Court. Matters covered by this Law include: assignment to a magistrate to preside the Court; court seal; power and jurisdiction of the Court; practice and procedure; appeals to the High Court; criminal procedure; trial with assessors; officers of the Court; negligence or misconduct of officers; notes of evidence and minutes of proceedings; inspection; protection measures; interpretation of relevant terms.
