Survey Law, Chapter 132 of 1953.

This Law provides for survey of lands in the Adamawa State. Matters covered by this Law include: land ownership; submission of maps, plans and diagrams to the State Surveyor; registrable instruments and attached plans; powers in relation to public surveys; compensation; penalties for removing survey and boundary marks; duties of local governments; duties of land owners and occupiers in relation to survey and boundary marks; specific penalties.
