Abstract
This Law provides for the control of sources of water in the Borno State. According to the definitions, the Law concerns the following sources of water: river, lake, stream or waterway. The Law concerns the following matters: declaration of prohibited water; power of the State Commissioner; power to make regulations; protection of water rights.
