Abstract
This is a subsidiary legislation of the Wild Animals Preservation Law of Enugu State. These Regulations are made by the Commissioner for Agriculture of the State to prohibit the killing or capturing of animals or birds by using bright lights for the purpose of dazzling them and rendering them easy prey. The penalty for contravention of these Regulations is a fine.
