Act No. 167 of 2001 to amend certain provisions of the Water Resources Management Act 1900 with respect to the establishment of an Advisory Commission on Water Resources Management Legislation.

This Act inserts a new paragraph (3A) into the Water Resources Management Act of 1900 in order to provide for the establishment of a commission named the Advisory Commission on Water Management Legislation, which shall advise the Government and both chambers of Parliament of the Netherlands on the structure and content of legislation regarding public management of water resources.
