Abstract
This Act places restrictions on the establishment of livestock farms on the ground of nuisance that may result from the keeping of animals. A permission to open a facility shall be denied if standards relating to availability of open air space expressed in "odour units" are not met. Facilities shall be at a given distance from dwellings. Other regulation making is delegated to municipalities.
