Abstract
This Act provides for implementation of provisions of Regulation (EC) No. 725/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council on enhancing ship and port facility security in the Netherlands. It mainly provides for: the appointment of competent authorities for purposes of the Regulation, port security certificates and port security plans.
