Covenant on soil and subsurface 2016-2020.

This Covenant agreed upon between the Dutch government, the Association of Interprovincial Consultation, the Association of Dutch Municipalities and the Union of Dutch Water Authorities concerns efficient and sustainable management of soils and the prevention of soil pollution. The Covenant binds the parties to it to carry out their policies and implementing measures in accordance with the principles and guidelines contained in it. It also concerns the management of polluted groundwaters areas and non-point source pollution of soils.
