Abstract
This Decree prohibits any action or activity contrary to the first comma of Article 67 and Annex XVII of Regulation No 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) insofar the provisions therein contained concern specified hazardous substances and preparations. Annex XVII of the REACH Regulation contains the list of all restricted substances, specifying which uses are restricted or even banned.
