This Decree defines the nationality of ships of the Netherlands Antilles and provides for their registration. The Decree shall apply also to fishing vessels but its application sphere may be excluded by Decree for small sea-going vessels (less than 20 GRT). The Decree contains also rules relative to shipping documents.
