Decree of the Minister of Infrastructure and Water Management no. IENW/BSK-2023/355923 of 2023 establishing Rules on Disadvantage Compensation for Infrastructure and Water Management.

This Ministerial Decree provides for compensation for loss or damages regarding water management and infrastructures. The Decree defines the following relevant terms: infrastructural measures, related to the construction, modification, management and maintenance of water management structures, motorways, highways and waterways; standard costs. The Decree concerns: procedural provisions; procedure for application for compensation; normal social risk; establishment of the advisory committee and definition of its duties; investigations conducted by the advisory committee; working procedure of the advisory committee; granting of compensation.
