Abstract
The Product Branch Organization for enterprises operating in the field of keeping or processing of and trade in poultry, rabbits and relative products is established under article 2. This organization shall be a semi-public body responsible for the regulation and organization of the sector. It may issue rules regarding operation of enterprises falling within its authority in accordance with section 93 of the Act relative to the Organization of the Industrial Sector and may on charge a levy in accordance with section 126 of the same Act.
