Abstract
The Product Organization for enterprises operating in the field of the keeping of livestock, the processing and treatment of meat and the trade in meat, established under article 3, shall be a semi-public body responsible for the regulation and organization of the sector. It may issue rules regarding operation of enterprises falling within its authority in accordance with section 93 of the Act relative to the Organization of the Industrial Sector and may charge a levy in accordance with section 126 of the same Act. The sector of competence of the Organization is defined in articles 2 and 3.
