Abstract
The principal Decrees are amended so as to implement provisions of Council Directive 1999/41/EC amending Council Directive 89/398/EC in relation with inspection and other matters relative to food used for special purposes. Also consideration is given to the future possibility of separate regulation of food for diabetic uses.
