Decree No. 155 of 2002 to establish a Main Branch Organization for Agricultural Wholesale Trade.

Four branch organizations active in the sector of agricultural wholesale trade (e.g. for potatoes, vegetables and fruit, horticulture, and seeds and planting material for agricultural use) are now merged into one main organization. The organization shall be a regulatory organ for the entire sector in the sense of section 93 of the Act on Enterprises. The organization shall have various commissions.
