Abstract
This Decree provides for the implementation of provisions of the Soil Removal Act by defining the application sphere of the Act and by providing rules relative to the application for and granting of permits. The Decree applies specifically to removal of soil in State waters, i.e. inland and marine waters of the Netherlands.
