Decree No. 209 of 2007 to amend the Decree relative to meat, minced meat and meat products made under the Commodities Act in relation with fat content of minced meat and low-fat minced meat.

This Order amends the Decree relative to meat, minced meat and meat products made under the Commodities Act by changing the maximum allowed quantity of fat content in minced meat from 35 percent to 25 percent and by establishing criteria for the use of the denomination "low-fat minced meat". The Order also contains transitional provisions.
