Decree No. 253 of 2003 establishing the Product Branch Organization for enterprises operating in the field of fishery, treatment and processing of fish and trade in fish and fish products.

The Product Branch Organization for the fisheries sector is established under article 3. The organization shall function for the sector of marine and freshwater fisheries, aquaculture and mariculture and the processing of fish and production and trade in fish and fish products. The organization may issue rules for the functioning of the industry and may impose and collect charges.
