Decree No. 297 of 2003 amending the Decree containing rules relative to management and prevention of damage caused by animals in relation with the killing of wild boars with a gun and through a limited form of hunting with dogs.

This Decree amends the principal Decree by adding a new provision that prescribes conditions on which hunting of wild boars in the sense of article 74 of the Flora and Fauna Act is allowed. The permission to use specified hunting methods shall be given on a yearly basis and the holder of a permit shall report to the competent authorities.
