Abstract
"Micro nutritional substances" are substances intended for human consumption which are indispensable for the functioning of the human mechanism, which are not supplied by the human mechanism itself, and which have to be consumed in small quantities (art. 1). It is forbidden by article 2 to prepare or trade in foodstuffs to which micro nutritional substances are added if those foodstuffs do not comply with rules of this Decree. Micro nutritional substances listed in Attachment I may not be used in foodstuffs (art. 4). Vitamins and minerals specified in Attachment II and III shall be added only in quantities specified in those Attachments. Adding of micro nutritional substances is allowed in certain categories of foodstuffs. (13 articles and 3 Annexes)
