Decree No. 342 of 1997 to amend the Decree implementing provisions of the Animal Destruction Act.

This Decree amends the principal Decree so as to provide for the possibility of heat treatment for low-risk destruction material in addition to high-risk material and thus implementing in part 96/449/EC of the Commission. The Minister shall indicate categories of low-risk material that may be treated in closed heat treatment installations.
