Abstract
This Decree amends the Decree establishing the Product Branch Organization for enterprises in the forestry sector so as to extend the working sphere of the Product Branch to nature conservation and management. Excluded from the working sphere are the management of areas destined by a zoning plan for agricultural purposes and the management of large open waters. The name of the Product Branch Organization is changed into Product Branch Organization for enterprises in the forestry sector and nature conservation and management.
