Abstract
This Decree defines exemptions from prohibitions introduced by the Act containing provisions relative to nature protection. Exemptions shall be granted by the Minister of Agriculture, Nature Protection and Food Quality. Activities exempted, among other things, are the fishing with trawl nets and the mariculture of molluscs.
