Abstract
This Decree implements in the Netherlands provisions of Regulation (EC) No. 842/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council on certain fluorinated greenhouse gases. The Decree appoints the Minister responsible for the environment as the competent authority for purposes of Articles 3 and 6 of the Council Regulation and amends the Decree Greenhouse Gases Wms 2003.
