Abstract
This Decree applies to substances ad defined in article 1 of the Pesticides Act, 1962 and does not apply to substances that have as only active component viruses or micro-organisms. A risk assessment for each substance shall be carried in accordance with provisions contained in articles 2.1.-2.6. if unacceptable consequences for the environment and specifically for the water ecosystem are to be expected from the introduction of evaluated substances, than that substance shall not be admitted. Other admittance criteria are established with respect to consequences for soil and air. (articles 3.1.-3.4)
