Decree No. 499 of 2004 establishing the Principal Product Branch Organization for retail trade.

The Principal Product Branch Organization for retail trade shall be a semi-public body responsible for the regulation and organization of the sector. It may issue rules regarding operation of enterprises falling within its authority in accordance with section 93 of the Act relative to the Organization of the Industrial Sector and may on charge a levy in accordance with section 126 of the same Act. The organization shall have commissions, including a commission for the retail trade in game and poultry, one for the retail trade in vegetables and fruit and one for the retail trade in flowers and plants.
