Decree No. 584 of 1996 to establish rules for the gathering and further removal of folio used in agriculture and horticulture.

This Regulation seeks to prevent or limit pollution of the environment by folio made of inorganic materials which is used in general in agriculture to cover animal feed. Article 2 declares the importer or producer of the folio to be responsible for the gathering and further removal of folio imported or produced by him or her. The producer or importer shall report on proposed activities within 12 weeks after the obligation has become active to the Minister of Environment Protection. The report needs approval of the Minister. The producer or importer shall report also yearly on carrying out of obligations pursuant to provisions of this Regulation. (9 articles)
