Abstract
This Decree implements in the Netherlands provisions of the Kyoto Protocol as received in the European Union by Community legislation. The Decree establishes a national inventory system for greenhouse gas and provides for the collection and editing of greenhouse inventories by the Ministry of Housing, Town and Country Planning and the Environment.
