Decree no. MJZ2004100413 of 16 December 2004 on appointment of civil servants by VROM regulations.

This Decree, based on the provisions of the Environmental Taxation Act, the Act on Physical Living Environment, and the Spatial Planning Act, provides for designating civil servants and inspectors and assign them respective powers and tasks in the field of public housing, spatial planning and environmental management. The Decree concerns the designation of officials, inspectors and civil servants in the following functions: supply of tap water by a collective water supply or a collective pipeline network; environmental audit services; environmental management and waste collection; supervising compliance with the European Regulations on the registration, evaluation, authorisation, and packaging and labelling of chemical substances; hazardous waste management; soil protection measures.
