Abstract
The quantity of pesticide as referred to in article 16 of the Pesticides Act shall be established by the Minister of Health and the Environment and the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries by Regulation in relation to specified food and beverages. These quantities shall be in conformity with standards of good agricultural practice and standards to protect public health. (3 articles)
