Emergency Employment Act.

This Act provides for measures to protect employment in times of emergency (exceptional circumstances as defined by the Emergency Coordination Act or by a Decree of the Prime Minister under this Act). There shall be a Council on Exceptional Labour Conditions. The Act defines essential workers and creates a special regime for such essential workers.
