Abstract
These Regulations concern the mooring of inland vessels carrying dangerous substances. The Regulations define the following relevant terms: inland vessels; bunker vessels; signalling vessels; mixed mooring; disinfectant, as an application of biocides and/or crop protection products to control insect pests in cargo. Matters covered by these Regulations include: designation of vessels and berths and waiting areas for mixed mooring; prohibited activities on a moored vessel, including causing sparks or carrying out works that pose an environmental damage.
