This Plan of Action contains measures and conditions for ensuring the implementation of the government's Vision on Circular Agriculture. Particularly, this Plan of Action focuses on: improving soils and water quality; reducing emissions and pollutants; closing nutrient cycles; improving cooperation at regional level along the agriculture and food supply chain; increasing commitment to knowledge and innovation in the agricultural and food sectors.
