Abstract
This Decree implements provisions of Council Decision 2003/33/EC establishing criteria and procedures for the acceptance of waste at landfills pursuant to article 16 of and Annex II to Directive 1999/31/EC. The Decree prescribes conditions and criteria for the acceptance of waste at waste disposal sites. One Chapter concerns acceptance of hazardous inorganic intended to be transformed or transformed into monolithic waste substances. Provisions concern, among other things, the taking and analysis of samples of waste and registration of data by operators of disposal sites.
