Regulation of the Minister of Housing and Spatial Planning of 14 June 2025, no. 2025-0000370045 amending the Environmental Regulation in connection with the updating of two standards for the Buildings Living Environment Decree.

This Ministerial Regulation amends the Environmental Regulation, in compliance with the provisions of Article 4.3, fourth paragraph, of the Environmental Act. Amendments concern: cooling requirement and the minimum required cooling capacity in homes; determination of noise from heat and cold generation installations, quantity and measurement period, operating conditions at which measurement is taken, place where the measurement is taken at an opening window or door; correction and revision of standards; supervision and enforcement.
